In this episode of HablArte! we are talking with Felipe Ospina and Chef Rodolfo Cuadros (owner of Pan-Latino restaurant Amaru) about a new ILCC series that will take place in the culinary arts world.
The new series is called "Raíces" which is a latin-themed culinary experience open to the public of Chicago and the newest offering from the ILCC's extensive cultural program repertoire. The first of this series is dedicated to the flavors of Colombia - "This is Colombia" is a celebration of this rich and beautiful country and the various regions that define its geography.
Come with us on a journey of discovery through this special engagement that will be help next Wednesday, July 17th, 2024 at the Amaru restaurant starting at 6:30pm (1904 W North Ave, Chicago, IL 60622)

We are thrilled to invite you to an exceptional gastronomic dinner with the support of the Bogota Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International, and the International Latino Cultural Center. At this event, we will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Bogotá Sister Cities committee, the 25th anniversary of the International Latino Cultural Center, and the launch of their new gastronomic department called "Raíces Chicago," which will focus on showcasing the culinary talent of all the Latin American countries we collaborate with.
***Seating will either be at the bartop or a communal table****
This Podcast is produced by the International Latino Cultural Center of Chicago, a Pan Latino Cultural Organization that seeks to promote, educate and empower Latino Arts in the Chicago Area. The ILCC is a non-for-profit organization and operates thanks to the generous contribution of our members and donor organizations. The ILCC is also the producer of the Chicago Latino Film Festival, the longest running Film Festival of its kind in North America.
