What a thrill to invite Guy Kawasaki into my home, even if virtually. I’ve been a fan of Guy since he popularized the term evangelism when working with the Apple Mac program back in 1983. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to have reviewed several of his books.

Guy Kawasaki is the chief evangelist of Canva and the creator of Guy Kawasaki’s Remarkable People podcast. He is a brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz and an executive fellow of the Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley), and adjunct professor of the University of New South Wales. He was the chief evangelist of Apple and a trustee of the Wikimedia Foundation. He is also the author of Wise Guy, The Art of the Start 2.0, The Art of Social Media, Enchantment, and eleven other books. Kawasaki has a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from UCLA, and an honorary doctorate from Babson College.

If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to get customers to evangelize your products the way people do with Apple, Tesla, Harley-Davidson, or Canva, you absolutely MUST listen to this episode as Guy tells us that it all starts with a great product. You’ll also love his Steve Jobs story that he shares in this interview.
