Green Arrow and "Spartan" get closer to finding Emiko and the Ninth Circle, but the trail leads them to the head of the DIA General Stewart. Stewart is a tough as nails military man, and someone that Diggle has no respect for. Oh, and he's also his stepfather. John's father died in a military operation that Stewart was a part of. But now that the team needs his help, they have to work together. Felicity gets her new Archer program stolen right from under her by the bad guys and they plan on using it as a powerful weapon. It seems like they'll do just about anything to get what they want. After they kidnap and torture Diggle and Stewart, the General gives them the codes to protect his stepson. Situations like this usually reveal big things, and this one is no exception. Meanwhile in the future, Mia and Connor work together to find a power source that Felicity needs. But they'll need to see Connor's brother John Jr. to get it.
