In today's episode I am joined by Nexus BJJ head coach Kevin Webb. Kev is a former primary school teacher a current strength and conditioning coach, and a full time Brazilian jiu jitsu instructor at the Warwick Judo & BJJ school.
Kev was one of the first three UK based blackbelts to be given out by his then head instructor and coach Braulio Estima.
Kev has since gone on to compete in multiple national and international BJJ championships with moderate success at all levels. In this episode we also discuss his recovery from a previous stroke and heart attack experienced approximately 10 years ago.
