Today we get to talk about the often neglected topic of the Holy Spirit. We discuss how to be surrendered to the Holy Spirit, errors of the charismatic movement, the day of Pentecost, and how the gift of the Holy Spirit pertains to salvation, the Christian, and the church. The Holy Spirit is vital to our spiritual lives and we would do well to study Him and appreciate Him more.
Next week we will be discussing the reading from volume 4, chapter 1 of “Life in Christ” by D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones (pages 391-408).
