Jake Hirshman, Manager of Business Solutions for the Arizona Diamondbacks and host of Life in the Front Office podcast, joins Rob on the show. Jake is an interesting cat. We also discuss how the phrase "data and analytics" has made its way from the team operations side to the business side. What does Jake do on a daily basis focusing on the "data and analytics?" What does his day to day look like? He answers that and more during our conversation.
