Kori's transition into the mortgage industry was a silver lining during the COVID-19 pandemic. Faced with the uncertainty of gym closures and a desire for a more fulfilling career, Kori and her husband began exploring homeownership. Through a serendipitous connection with a client, Kori discovered her passion for mortgages. Despite initial challenges, she quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a top producer within months of going solo.
Achievements:
Top Producer in August 2023, just five months after becoming an independent Loan Officer.
Top Producer again in April 2024, marking one year of solo success.
Closed 26 loans totaling $10 million in loan volume in 2023.
Closed 12 loans amounting to $5.2 million in loan volume so far in 2024.

She treats them as true friends and goes above and beyond for each client, regardless of the loan amount.
