Happy New Year, Free Rangers! For many of us, 2023 was a challenging year full of expectations and anxiety. Let's go into the new year in a healthier way by setting our intentions. It's time to set realistic goals for yourself and learn how to be grateful for what we have.

It does not have to mean BIG lofty resolutions that you abandon during the first week of the new year. Think small steps. Think small, measurable goals that can get you where you want to be.
