If you want to have great communication with your Realtor hire a professional who hires an appointment setting service.
My opinion is a Realtor that does not hire a service to set all their appointments is just cheap and you are not getting the best service.
1. A top producing real estate agent does not have the time to schedule, call, follow up... with all the other Realtors.
2. Why would they want to do this when it only cost them $25 per property listing.
3. I do understand Tampa Realtors that list high-end properties not using an appointment setting service - but that is normally less than 5% of the housing market.
