Dafyd Flynn. Dafhyd joins PBL for a chat about his experience working through some very heavy themes in his work so far, what it's like being a young Actor in Ireland, but moreover a young man, self taping, turning down what doesn't feel right and what he hopes the future holds.
There's a wonderful authenticity in this young man, one that will absolutely keep him in the forefront of Directors minds into the future.
He can be seen on screen in his startlingly good performance the title role in MICHAEL INSIDE Directed by Frank Berry, which is now on Netflix.
Dafhyd received an IFTA nomination for Best Actor, as well as a nomination for the new talent award at Galway Film Fleadh for his performance in Michael Inside. He is currently appearing in in the final season of VIKINGS (MGM/HISTORY) as Adam on Amazon Prime, in the short film DRIFTING with Paul Mescal which is appearing in the Dublin Film Festival 2021 and in short film YOUNG MOTHER with Jordanne Jones and Aoibhinn McGinnity.
