Hi my dear audience, this is Alice Zhou, president of IBM SH Toastmasters club. I'm really happy to present you a Project 2 speech today. The author of this speech is Yuki. She is one of our outstanding members. And she has spent many years living in Europe and now is back in Shanghai. We are so lucky to have her in our club.
We have 10 projects to complete before becoming a competent communicator. Project 2 is to teach us how to organize our speech. In this project, we need to select a proper outline which allows listeners to easily follow and understand; make our message clear, with supporting material directly contributing to the message; use proper transitions when moving from one idea to another and remember to create a strong opening and conclusion.
