"I am SO excited to be on my way to Vegas!"

In just a few days, AICPA & CIMA's annual ENGAGE conference begins in Las Vegas. It's a global gathering of accounting and finance professionals often seen as the profession's premier event of the year. One of the most popular content tracks is "CPA Practitioners and Tech+" and to tell us about it, we're joined by Carl Peterson, the Association's VP for Small Firm Interests.

Our Guest. Carl Peterson, CPA, is Vice President of Small Firms Interests at the American Institute of CPAs. In this role, he serves as the small firm advocate and representative for the profession. Carl has a history volunteering within the profession, including having served as a member of the AICPA Council and as a member of the AICPA’s Accounting and Review Services Committee. In 2013, he was honoured by the Society with their Distinguished Service Award.
