Part 3 of my conversation with Rachel Jacob.
In the third part of our conversation, Rachel talks about directing projects written by someone other than herself and how the key is communication with the writer. We also talk about collaboration on set with the crew and how sometimes the Director may not always have the best idea. We end this portion of our conversation talking about the excitement we feel as directors when we are able to invoke an audience reaction that we were striving for.
