Ben has succeeded at so many projects in life, including creating many businesses, being an author, TV presenter, hosting a Ted Talk, and the latest of which is a number one single on the spoken word charts. Today he shares some of his secrets and inspirations.
He talks about the importance of credibility, about the compound effect - how doing one little thing every day towards all different types of goal in your life can really help, and he shares some amazing stories of help he has received from people along his journey.
