This episode holds a story of truly epic proportions that embodies the Father Wound more potentially and literally than any I've heard. We also have at the center a hero who emerges from a childlike victimhood, to a Peaceful Warrior calling for the healing ceremony of an entire family.

I warn you that you will be changed if you listen to this. My hope is that we will all be changed for the better as this story ripples out to reveal the false promise of ungrounded masculine strength, and inspires many to heed the desperate call for the healing and honoring of our connection to the feminine.

This work requires us all, and I'm so grateful to this audience who is focused on being the best they can be for their families. There is no battle more sacred and essential than the keeping of our homes.

Raj Sisodia is the FW Olin Distinguished Professor of Global Business and also the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Conscious Capitalism Inc. He has written ten books and over 100 academic articles. He is the co-author of Conscious Capitalism: Liberating the Heroic Spirit of Business, a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller, the co-author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family, and his most recent book is Shakti Leadership: Embracing Feminine and Masculine Power in Business.
