The Anne Arundel County Police investigated and made an arrest in the County's fourth murder of the year. Two men were robbed at gunpoint at two Annapolis area banks. Annapolis City Alderwoman Elly Tierney now says she will not resign in August, but she might; but definitely by the end of the year. Want your HFStival tickets the old-fashioned way?
