Since we're all energetic beings, we're continually affected by the energies, emotions, and agendas of others. Without strong energetic boundaries, we can get cluttered with others' energy—especially if we're empaths—which can leave us feeling drained, unwell, or unclear. Unfortunately, most of us were not taught how to recognize this situation or what to do about it.
In this episode, Thea and Holly share easy and practical tools to clear, protect, and maintain your energy field, a practice known as "energy hygiene."
