In her role as Head of Internal Communication and Engagement, Anne-Marie is responsible for shaping the communication and engagement strategy for DHL Supply Chain in the UK & Ireland and creating a positive employee experience for all 40,000 colleagues across 400 sites. Anne-Marie has a proven track record of leading a skilled and diverse team of internal communication and engagement professionals who ensure their colleagues are informed, involved, and inspired.
