This week we are into part two of our mini-series on Gender and pay. In this episode, we are going to look a little closer at the principle upon which the issue of the Gender Pay Gap is built on, which is the principle of equal work for equal value between men and women. We’ll look at the concept of equal work for equal value, we look at its significance, and we look at how the principle of equal work for equal value contributes to a more equitable workplace in particular and an equitable society in general.
