This week we look at your employment rights in relation to the use of guide dogs and support dogs at work. We look at how both are reflected in employment rights case law and we use a couple of case studies to update you on the current legal position for being able to have guide dogs and support dogs with you at work.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
