When you operate outside of God's Word you release the spirit of sin and death into your life, but when you operate under the Spirit of God's Word you release the spirit of life! The Bible is the sword of the Spirit, we have to use it and not just keep it on our wall like a display. The more of God's Word you get in you, the more the power of sin and death loses it's grip on you. We have to quit checking with our feelings and flesh about why we need to read the Bible everyday. We have to have the understanding the Bible is powerful. We can't seek for answers outside of the Word of God!
