Abby struggled with feelings of scarcity - and the scarcity mindset of running out of resources and running out of energy.

But, what she has now??? A capsule podcast ready for her to use! She has A WAY for others to be intimately connected to her INSTEAD of being on social media all the live long day. She also has the confidence and she is PROUD of herself for completing her podcast capsule well. (her words to me)

In this episode, we talk about what held her back BEFORE joining Flight and how she wanted to honor her priorities in her business AND her life including spending her time homeschooling her girls and creating her podcast with a plan given to her. In Abby’s words, “You saved me hours on YouTube!”

We wrapped the episode up on how Abby had MANY moments of comfort with the group knowing they had her back and their beautiful applicable wisdom buoyed her up. And she offers encouragement to others to make a move, even if it IS messy!
