Today, I’m chatting with Triad Member Stephen Stricklin, who is the president and founder of Wise Wealth LLC, an independent, full-service wealth management firm.

As a former teacher, Stephen took his passion for educating others and adapted it to the financial services industry. His firm's motto, "First Wisdom, Then Wealth," says it all – they're focus is on helping clients achieve financial peace by teaching, not just selling stuff.

In this episode, you’ll hear how Stephen shifted careers and built his own RIA from the ground up – including the major pivots he had to make in order to properly scale the business.

What I love about Stephen’s story is his willingness to evolve and adapt. Even after building his firm for 15+ years, he had the humility to let go of what wasn’t working and completely restructure how he was building the business.

3 of the biggest insights from Stephen Stricklin…

  • How Stephen borrowed Dave Ramsey’s platform (and other people’s programs), to build an audience and business from scratch – and the importance of diversifying your marketing funnel to reduce the risk of your prospect pipeline drying up.

  • Stephen had built a team that wasn’t aligned or moving together in the same direction. Find out how he completely restructured the company, built a collective vision, and created a business that could finally scale.

  • Learn to use Champagne Moments in your business to uncover your team’s personal and professional goals – so you can hold them accountable, help them succeed, and create meaningful experiences that they’ll never forget.
