In this episode, my guest Neil Markey talks about his work today as co-founder and CEO of Beckley Retreats, the world's only psychedelics retreat program backed by 25 years of scientific research and an ecosystem of expertise that honors global wisdom tradition. In his work, Neil is helping those with PTSD, depression, and anxiety find relief using therapy and psychedelics. Small-minded thinkers would reject this work without looking at the evidence that it does help many people find relief from trauma.

Limitless thinkers do not make others wrong who find relief in this kind of unorthodox treatment.

Neil is a former Captain in the US Army Special Operations 2nd Ranger Battalion, where he served in Iraq and twice in Afghanistan., before studying at Columbia University. Neil struggled with PTSD and depression, which led him to explore mindfulness and psychedelics as part of his healing journey.

If you keep an open mind, don't worry, your brain won't fall out. Listen in. I have another guest, Matt Zemon, who will address this topic with me in a few weeks.

Gratefully yours,

Steve
