We explore mindset ideologies and human automated responses to fear - whether in the most tame, or in the most dire of circumstances.
Is it crazy to think that we could express gratitude even in life or death situations? What if someone had a gun to your head? While this sounds extreme, Susan recounts an experience that involved exactly that, and how her awareness and gratitude carried her through one of the most frightening situations a person could face.
