Ever thought about having a personal cheerleader who also gives great advise on your health journey well that is what this program is in a nutshell. This episode will break down the new detox program that I created for my clients this summer.

You may have heard of “detoxing your body.” But have you tried it for yourself? If you’ve been considering a detox but aren’t sure, learning about the many benefits of detoxing will help you make up your mind. Detox diets get rid of toxins in the body and develop the habits that will keep you on track for a healthier life.

  • Do you feel bad, not really bad just bad enough that perhaps you are stiff and achy for the first few minutes after getting up in the morning?
  • Maybe you wonder if this the way you feel is just what happens as you get older.
  • Perhaps you are worried about the effects the world and environment are having on your body.
