On today's episode, attorney Ron Ousky gives us a breakdown of the most common paths you might take when getting divorced. What are the kinds of help you can get to conduct your divorce? From traditional negotiation, mediation, collaborative divorce, and then some form of 'unbundled' representation. Ron goes through these four types of negotiation, how they work, and what the benefits or drawbacks might be.
