Is what's on the on the surface the full version of the truth or are you making assumptions based on your experiences and understanding? For the people on your team who are saying "I'm fine. Everything's okay." Do you think that's true? Or are they just out of energy from constantly trying to be seen or included and its easier to give a safe, generic answer?
