On this episode of Inside the Coach's brain we sit down with the one and only Sean Balaban.
While Sean is undoubtedly some things to a few people, the reason for this podcast is to talk about Diabetes. Sean has had Type 1 diabetes since early on in his childhood and has understandably faced many challenges throughout his life because of it.
We wanted to chat with him about how he manages this on day to day basis, what that looks like, and how much effort and/or care goes into that.
