For some people, these are manageable ups and downs that come with the changing seasons. People typically experience it starting in the fall and all through winter. Sunny summer days and warm weather can improve your mood, so it makes sense that the time change combined with cooler weather and shorter days can have a negative impact on your mental health. So how can we combat those moments when we fall back into the seasonal blues. In this episode, I talk about 5 steps I took to overcome and shank off the winter blues for good.
