Join Marc Caron as he speaks with Aga and Deus from SomaHeart. about the power of plant medicines and group work for healing.

Aga is a trauma informed Breathwork practitioner, Kambo and Bufo facilitator, and plant medicine guide. She has over 10 years of professional experience working in a variety of healing arts and spirit plant medicines. Her journey of awakening started off young in her early 20’s in South America with Ayuahuasca. In 2011, she was working at a Ayahuasca healing retreat center that collaborated with curanderos of the Shipibo linage in Pucallpa, Peru. Aga’s approach to healing is a holistic combination of both Western and Eastern approaches, infused with Earth-based teachings, magic and playfulness.

Deus Fortier is a Men’s coach, Transformational Artist, Numa Breathwork practitioner and Plant Medicine facilitator based out of Vancouver BC. He has over 15 years of experience in the immersive study and practice in Kriya Yoga, psychedelics, body-centered psychotherapeutic methods and trauma-informed facilitation. Deus’ exposure to many different esoteric and psychotherapeutic principles and practices has informed a holistic approach to healing. He employs sensitive therapeutic processes as well as insightful and profound dives into non-ordinary states of consciousness as a catalyst for resolving suffering, unleashing creativity, and rekindling the flame in our hearts and souls.

A nightly of playful movement meditation where you practice listening deeply to yourself and allowing your body to move you. There is no talking on the dance floor to maintain this sacred space for inner self-exploration.

No dance experience is required. The music lasts 1 hour and 45 mins. We start off slow to drop into the body, the tempo builds and peaks in the middle for cathartic release and wild expression, and then simmers down to slow meditative music to ground you back in for integration.
