Diving into the quad tendon graft for ACL vs. Patella tendon graft. Reviewing biomechanics of understanding the ability to decelerate through the single leg, frontal plane control, biomechanics outweighs pure strength for return to sport function. Single leg hop test continues to be outdated and poor correlation to function. Considering bias in return to sport testing. 40-50 Fighting the tendency as a PT to score with a bias for return to play for your own patients, valuing the objective data.
