Combat Sports Weekly goes on Round 22 at Coach Franco Says Podcast.

In this new episode of Combat Sports Weekly with the boys of Dstry MNL Karl De Mesa and JC Reyes, we talk about the fights that caught our attention in the world of combat sports. We also ended up talking about something too saucy for your ears towards the end and this made this Coach Franco Says Podcast edition a lot better.

Karl recaps the honourable mentions of Karate Combat and then we all discuss how beautiful the recent UFC 256 was for every Combat Sports Weekly fan. We were treated to a fight card that delivered and we took our time breaking down the fights so you guys will have a better understanding of what really happened.

Combat Sports Weekly discussed the future of Tony Ferguson, the resurgence of the UFC Flyweight division and how Deiveson Figuereido defended his championship belt via a majority draw against Brandon Moreno. Coach Franco also discussed the much-improved striking of Mackenzie Dern and how Charles Oliveira could be up in the running for title contention.

The Titos of Fighting then caps off this episode of Combat Sports Weekly by discussing the things coaches should stop doing heading to 2021. These are gym practices that are toxic, destructive and useless based on our expert opinions. We give you a rundown of that list in this Coach Franco Says Podcast episode.

Coach Franco Says takes you behind the scenes and tells the story straight from the people who were in it. Let this podcast episode be your source of inspiration, motivation and helpful tool in your daily lives.

I hope you enjoyed listening to this episode as much as I enjoyed making it.
