In this episode of “Outdoors with Roy” learn about the City of McAllen’s 96th Annual Independence Day Celebration. It’s a fun filled day of fun for the entire family starting at 7 a.m. at the 4K Independence Day Run, followed by the Patriotic Program at Archer Park. The Main Street Parade presented by H-E-B will start at 9 a.m. from Houston Avenue to Beech Street on Main Street. Don’t forget about the Freedom Festival at Archer Park. Later in the day go to McAllen Municipal Pool for Aquatica Extravaganza followed by the celebration at McAllen Municipal Park for Concert in the Sky with festivities, food trucks, and live music. Finally, the 4th of July Concert in the Sky at 9 p.m. at McAllen Municipal Park. Happy 4th of July.
