Being soft is not bad. Being humble and grateful can be misconstrued as weakness. Carmen talks about his past and his experience on how he had to fake being tough to survive. He also acknowledges that he has had a hard time going with the flow. Carmen believes that those who make the flow go other directions are heroes. Being content is hard but it is important.
