John 6:22-71 “The Father Gives, Draws and Grants”
In our Bible Study this Sunday at Calvary Fellowship, Pastor Andy Falleur read John 6:22-71 and this time, we looked at the statements that Jesus makes about the Father giving, drawing and granting people to the Son. Many times, they have been understood from the view of individual election, or predestination, but that might not be the best way to understand them from the context. This was more of a technical Bible Study, but, hopefully beneficial to everyone.
At one point, Pastor Andy couldn’t find a cross-reference. The one he was looking for was: John 20:29 - Jesus said, “Because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe.”
