In the last module of the iService course, we dove into Monitoring Your Thoughts which is Part 1 of the Shadow Change Strategy Execution Execution). Today we will take a deep dive into Part 2 – Insertion.
So – you have done the self-assessment exercise – what now. Now - let’s make sense of what your data says about you so that we can understand where there is a need to change. As we gain understanding, our desire to change will be influenced by the awareness of the need to change. Subsequently, we begin to inject knowledge of how to change.
We will do this by inserting some new choices that route us in the direction of a changed narrative.
