In this episode will explore how high character leaders prioritize caring for employees during this pandemic and in doing so lay the groundwork for cultivating their loyalty once the storm subsides. I’ll share four examples of companies who practice their values by putting their employees first. These organizations serve as models for all companies whose goal is to do well by doing good. This empathetic leader ship style during a crisis offers enormous opportunities for companies to advance their reputations as well as mend tarnished ones. Rest assured, when the pandemic is behind us, it’s the organizations who put the people first that will continue to thrive and attract and retain the best people.
