As final year vet students at Bristol and Surrey respectively, both Hannah FItzsimmonds and Holly Sutton know the myriad stresses that vet students face each year and are both dedicated to doing something to tackle it. Hannah is the Welfare Representative for the AVS, and Holly is one third of the start up VetFit- a research driven veterinary service dedicated to reducing the impact of stress through sport, exercise and social support. We join their conversation talking about their own experiences as final year students and get their failsafe tips for managing stress in the process.
