Bio: Cheryle Hays
Cheryle Hays is set on changing the way businesses look at leadership. As a Personal Leadership Expert, executive coach and strategist, Cheryle helps leaders, teams, and companies maximize their potential. Her background reflects movement from her entry-level into business, through mid-level leadership and up through EVP level, spanning 25+ years of leading highly productive teams, and in developing, and facilitating leadership programs for Fortune 500, large and growing companies in the DFW area. Cheryle holds an EMBA from Texas Christian University, using her business acumen to mentor small and start-up businesses since 2016.
When not busy helping her clients achieve success, Cheryle enjoys her role as a conference speaker, podcast guest, and guest lecturer for local universities and colleges. She is also an angel investor, frequent judge and mentor for Texas Christian University Values & Ventures competition, Entrepreneur’s Organization Global Student Entrepreneur Awards, and mentor to start-up businesses in the Fort Worth, TX area. Cheryle currently serves on the Board of Directors for Fort Worth Academy, where she continues to foster leadership, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurship for our next generation.
