In this episode I have the privilege of speaking with Hayley Cockman who at just 14 years old was told she’d gone through an early menopause, she started her periods at 12 like most young ladies do; then a year later they stopped. Night sweats were an awfully impacting symptom for Hayley and she recalls waking through the night dripping with sweat and having to change her PJs. Having been left alone with just her and her amazing mum to deal with the fallout, Hayley wants to raise awareness and share her story.
