On this episode of Bilingual Kids Rock Podcast, we discuss the multilingual journey of a mother of two multilinguals . My special guest is Rita Rosenback. She is a language expert and the founder of a Multilingual Parenting-Bilingual Children. Her main languages are English and Swedish but she also speaks German and Finnish. She’s also writing a book bringing up bilingual children.
Rita Rosenback has outstanding career positions that are closely related to language are the following: translator, interpreter, language teacher, university lecturer and team leader. Her main inspiration for her career and life are her multilingual daughters and as she puts it, without her daughters, there would be no book.
I created this episode to give you a more detailed knowledge on how you can teach your kids to speak more than one language and also finding the balance between that and having a healthy relationship with them. With the help of Rita’s experience as she shares her journey on being a multilingual mom and having the courage to pursue what she’s passionate about — which is speaking and teaching languages.
