This week's guest mix comes from Lola Purple. Lola Purple is an upcoming electronic music producer and DJ hailing out of Manchester, UK. After over a decade of loyal followings of events and epochs, Lola decided it was her turn on the decks and 24 months ago is exactly what she did. After gigging up and down the country, Lola has gone from strength to strength with playing between big clubs and small intimate underground clubs and this is definitely the place where she belongs. With her sound being round, dubby and minimal Lola really knows how to get a crowd going. The past 12 months have seen Lola's potential come a little closer to the forefront with her getting shortlisted into the top 10 out of 125 entries in a Awaken Ibiza DJ competition put together by the Warehouse Project team. And more recently, Lola has created a remix alongside Maine for Kerri Chandler's 'Think of Something', released on Watergate Records, and with more of her productions getting significant attention the future is looking promising for Lola.
