Over the weekend I spoke about Leadership and something tripped me up during my speech.

I told myself to be calm. Take a deep breath and keep connected to my core and keep connecting to the audience.
It wasn't easy. It was one of the toughest speech I ever had to do because most of it became impromptu.
But it came out beautifully and it was an amazing experience.
