Rob is a powerful motivational speaker who's dealt with depression, addiction, and suicidal thoughts. He also runs a gym and has placed in the top 150 in the World Championship of obstacle racing in 2012. He also runs the Stand and Fight Podcast as well as participates in many programs to prevent suicide. He's also a life coach that has helped numerous individuals take back control of their lives.

Here are some highlights from today's show:

  • Rob's hardest thing was to overcome difficulties with mental health
  • Rob's early life was difficult because he felt he was different than others
  • Bullying is a taught behavior
  • Therefore we need to watch the example we give to others.
  • Parents don't have to know everything.
