Jones Beach Marine Theater was a special place to see musical theater. It is geographically 40 minutes from Broadway, yet in the community of musical theater it is very much a part of the Tony Award lights from stars, directors, producers and crew. It is where so many actors revived and originated roles, in a bigger than Broadway scale.
