Hey everyone! It’s Marybeth Haines here, Animal Communicator and proud Egg Guardian of Misty, the Harmonic Egg at my Wellness Center in Niagara Falls. As of August 1st, I’ve expanded my services to offer sound and light therapy for both people and pets! This change is exciting, but I want to take a moment to chat about something deeply personal today: navigating change and grief.

Change can be a beautiful thing, but it can also feel overwhelming. How do you cope when life takes unexpected turns? Whether it’s moving to a new place, changing jobs, or dealing with the loss of a loved one, our hearts and minds are affected in profound ways. Do you thrive on consistency, or are you someone who embraces change? Let’s explore this together.

Losing a loved one, whether human or animal, brings deep emotions. I’ve personally navigated through this with my beloved pet, Darwin. His passing brought intense grief bursts, reminding me of how powerful and challenging the healing process can be. Sometimes, triggers like empty spaces or familiar routines can bring unexpected waves of sadness.

Grieving and mourning are two essential aspects of healing. Grieving is an internal process, while mourning involves active steps to express and honor our loved ones. It’s important to find a balance between the two, allowing ourselves to both feel deeply and take steps to heal.

If you're struggling with grief or loss, remember that you don’t have to go through it alone. Join our community at “Amongst Friends” on Facebook for support and understanding from those who truly get it.

Let's come together to share, heal, and find comfort in knowing that our loved ones are always with us in spirit. Your journey through grief is unique, and it’s okay to find what works best for you. Remember, there’s always a beginning, a middle, and an end to the process.

Sending love and light to all who are navigating change and loss. Remember, we’re in this together.

Blessings,

Marybeth
