Or Yochanan is originally from Tel Aviv and currently lives in Cedar Park. He is a SW Engineer turned real estate professional. His background is in Software and Product - not sales, which is how he leads the Investory Team, an end-to-end real estate service. Or's proprietary software helps educate his clients and remove the "cloudiness" and "surprises" from the transaction. Over the past 5 years, Or's portfolio has grown to include 12 properties in the Austin metro area and he's closed approximately 250 properties just in the last 2 1/2 years. His property concierge service maintains about 100 properties and he's handled renovations for 20 properties!
