Year after year, the independent wrestling scene has taken advantage of the large crowds that gather for WrestleMania by running shows in the general area. Leading up to "The Grandest Stage of Them All" and the surrounding events, such as WWE Axxess, NXT TakeOver, and the Hall of Fame ceremony, several different companies, and wrestlers alike are having events too. We give a rundown of those shows while listing some of the events and matches that sound the most interesting to us and that we would recommend, for anyone going to New York for this year's WrestleMania, to check out.
