Anisha Chopra is the Senior Director of Experience Strategy at Chief where she has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization to become the largest network for senior executive women. With a background in strategy and operations at Morgan Stanley and a degree in government with a focus on economics and peace and conflict studies from Cornell University, Anisha brings a wealth of expertise in fostering diverse and inclusive environments. Notably, she has been the driving force behind the launch of an accelerator supporting women and diverse entrepreneurs called the Inclusive Venture Lab. Anisha's commitment to creating positive change is further demonstrated through her volunteer work with the Focus Forward Project, where she helps individuals charged with federal crimes acquire essential life skills for successful reentry.
